Parallel 4: Mobilization for science communication in the new era

The household garbage classification policy has been proposed for a long time. It is of great significance to explore the new media mobilization path of local governments with the help of government microblog. This paper takes 27 provincial capital government microblogs and their  mobilization information on household garbage classification policies as the research object, establishes a framework based on the perspective of information ecology and tipping point theory, uses qualitative comparative analysis for univariate analysis and conditional combination analysis, and explores the new media mobilization path of household garbage classification policy. The research shows that the mobilization subject, mobilization environment and mobilization content are the three factors, also, multiple univariate and conditional combinations play a complex role. Accordingly, the study puts forward the countermeasures, in order to enhance the effect of new media mobilization, and promote the online communication and offline implementation of household garbage classification policies.
