The increase of emotional entropy is a new problem of epidemic control and social governance under grid propagation. As the product of disorderly energy movement and accumulation in the interaction between individuals and the objective world, emotional entropy is very easy to cause the outbreak of negative public opinion and social emotional risk in the context of grid propagation. Taking grid communication as the research background, this study systematically reveals the model element composition and formation mechanism of emotional entropy system and the transformation path of emotional negative entropy, tries to further verify and explain its profound motivation with empirical analysis, and then puts forward the entropy reduction strategy of grid emotional propagation, so as to provide ideas and reference for social emotional governance in the context of epidemic prevention and control and other sudden grid management.
