At present, the COVID-19 is still severe. Vaccination  is one of the important measures to combat the epidemic.It is necessary for us to understand the cognition of the COVID-19 vaccine in China's public discourse. Using the method of framework analysis, this paper summarizes the framework of vaccine in Sina Weibo, discusses the cultural factors behind it, and further reveals the differences in the use of framework among experts, media and the public. The research summarizes eight Frameworks - Magic Weapon, Risk, Urgent Need, Long March, Solidarity Is the Power, National Achievement, a Community of Shared Future and Political Wrestling. These frameworks tend to construct personal experience or attitude of COVID-19 vaccine from a macro perspective. "Collectivism" and "patriotism" are the most distinctive features of microblog discourse, which are displayed through different frameworks.
