Distinguished Colleagues,
Congratulations on your paper being admitted to IAMCR 2022 Suzhou Pre-conference on Science Communication scheduled ONLINE, which is adjusted to from 8 to 10 July to utilize the benefits of online format and reflect the flooding submissions. The event will be held on Zhumu, which is an authorized partner conference platform of ZOOM in China. Please visit Zhumu (https://www.zhumu.com/) to DOWNLOAD the app in advance.
Please PREPARE A SLIDE PRESENTATION alongside your conference paper. You will display the slides simultaneous with your presentation ON SPOT in order to make your research more accessible to audiences. No advance recording is needed.
Please make sure to regulate and balance your presentation time:
1. Please limit your presentation to no more than 15 minutes and keep it fairly concise and accurate.
2. We suggest you display the slides within 10-12 minutes spontaneous with your presentation.
This year, the IAMCR 2022 Suzhou online Pre-conference on Science Communication has received over 250 submissions from around the world, of which 108 studies have been accepted and will be presented on the plenary or up to 20 parallel sessions. We will have five or six (each presentation will have 15 minute including discussion) presentations for each session.
3. We'll get into the plenary and breakout session information soon. Please keep patient as we will need to get approval for adjusting our event schedule from one-day to two and half.
Please reach out and contact Dr. Zheng Yang (yangzheng@suda.edu.cn), Dr. Yeheng Pan (yhpan@suda.edu.cn) if you feel unable to solve your situation by yourself.
Best regards,
